How do I get started with a kit?+
Every kit ships with a printed quick-start guide and a QR code linking to video tutorials and the full curriculum PDF — no account or software install needed to begin.
What is included in the 1-year warranty?+
All parts and labour for manufacturing defects. Does not cover physical damage from misuse or modification. Extended coverage is available on Lab Packages.
Can I return my kit?+
Yes — 14-day return window from delivery. Kit must be in original condition and packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Where do you ship?+

Do Lab Packages include installation?+
Yes — the School Robotics Lab package includes on-site setup and 2-day teacher training. The Classroom Starter Lab ships ready to self-assemble with a setup manual.
