14-Day Return Window
You may return your Calance kit within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging with all components included.
How to Return
Email returns@calancerobotics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label for pan-India orders.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Consumables (solder, filament, batteries once used) are non-refundable. Kits damaged through misuse or physical impact outside warranty scope are not eligible for return.
Warranty Claims
Defects covered under the 1-year warranty are repaired or replaced at no charge. See our Support page to initiate a warranty claim.
