By accessing or using Calance Robotics' website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Orders
All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publication. Specifications may change without notice. Orders are confirmed by email; we reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in INR and USD. All prices are exclusive of GST/taxes unless stated otherwise. Final taxes are calculated at checkout.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, code, designs) is the property of Calance Robotics Pvt. Ltd. Curriculum guides and any companion software are licensed for classroom use with your purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
Calance Robotics is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products beyond their intended specifications.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
