Kits & Components
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days via courier, pan-India. Expedited available for select pin codes — contact sales.
Classroom & Lab Packages
Classroom Starter Lab ships via courier, ready to self-assemble with the included setup manual. The School Robotics Lab ships freight with a scheduled on-site installation — typically 2–3 weeks including setup and teacher training.
Freight & Handling
Lab Packages ship freight and are uncrated on-site by our installation team. We coordinate directly with the school for delivery windows and access requirements.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured to invoice value. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. For Lab Packages, a Calance installation coordinator will contact you to schedule delivery and setup.
